Heart to Heart Pregnancy Resource Clinic in Laramie, Wyoming, was first organized in 1985 to provide free, confidential services to women and men facing unplanned pregnancies.

Our Mission

For nearly 40 years, we have been living out our mission to offer “a better choice for a better future” by providing excellent care to all who enter our doors.

We’ve served countless women and men over the decades and are ready to help you.

While we do not perform or refer for abortions, we provide a safe space to process every option. You deserve compassionate care, factual medical knowledge, support, and a place to decompress.

Pregnancy can trigger various emotions for those involved, but at Heart to Heart, we are a neutral party, giving you the breathing room you need to evaluate your current situation. There’s no pressure here. We want to support you the best we can.
